Missions

He (she) will be responsible for assisting and training users in the use of the collaborative work platform and maintaining the applications

Main activities

Technical and functional support of the software platforms made available

Provide technical support
Manage the relationship with users: assistance, configuration and training
Deployment assistance and application updates Manage the relationship with partners / service providers Test applications: security reliability performance
Participate in the general activities of the R&D IT department
Participation in the implementation of constantly evolving technical solutions (infrastructure, architecture, software. ..)
Skills and knowledge required

Level of training: Bac + 2minimum computer experience or experience in the field
General, theoretical or disciplinary skills
Professional experience: At least 01 years in an IT department; Mastery of the use of support and ticket management tools (GLPI, OSTicket, Mantis, etc.);
Mastery of collaborative tools;
Mastery of the use of monitoring tools (Nagios, etc.); Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux).
English language skills
: Written and oral expression: level 1
Required know-how
