JOB OFFERS at UdS: System and network administrator – University of Dschang, Cameroon

The Rector of the University of Dschang is recruiting, for the needs of his services, the following staff:

For the position of System and Network Administrator

The applicant, to carry out his role, must:
Have a good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments;

Master the configuration of network equipment (Switch, router, etc.) and tools such as Docker, Github, SSL, Bash, PHP, Python, virtualization, backup/restore, task automation tools, etc.
Master integration , installation and configuration of business networks, Master web hosting techniques.
Specifically, the applicant should be able to:
Install, configure and maintain network equipment;
Monitor and maintain servers;
Develop scripts to ensure backups, automation of tasks
Diploma required: Bac+2 in IT, Networks option

COMPOSITION OF THE APPLICATION FILE:
The application files, to be submitted against receipt to the Mail Service, 1st floor of the Rectorate Building of the University of Dschang, door 103, no later than February 29, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. , must contain the documents following:
A stamped request addressed to the Rector of the University of Dschang and which mentions the region of origin
A certified copy of the birth certificate;
A certificate of nationality
A certified copy of the required diploma;
A resume ;
A criminal record extract dating from less than three months;
A medical certificate attesting to the candidate’s ability to perform the requested function; A photocopy of the CNI •
2 4×4 photos;
Any possible document establishing the candidate’s knowledge, skills or practical experience.
