Position Title: Talent Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Douala
ABOUT THE ROLE
Attached to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, the Talent Intern will be responsible for supporting the conduct of recruitment activities and ensuring the success of training actions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
During this internship, you will learn how to:
Recruitment section:
● Participate in telephone interviews and telephone pre-selection of future talents
● Follow up on applications and manage negative responses
● Take care of interview logistics (sending invitations, Hirevue interviews, etc.)
● Participate in the monitoring of induction plans for new recruits
Training Section:
● Carry out the administrative and logistical management of the training: organization of the sessions (registration, reservation of rooms, reception, preparation and filling of forms, etc.)
● Provide support in the preparation and implementation of the training plan
● Assist his superiors in the recruitment and management of interns (Drafting of internship certificates and agreements, follow-up of bonuses and numbers of interns, follow-up of internship reports, etc.) ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree preferably in human
resources
management , social sciences, organizational development or any related field
Have a first professional experience (internship) ideally in human resources
Be passionate, curious and have the desire to learn
Demonstrate active listening
Have good communication skills Have good
writing skills
Be organized, structured, meticulous and sensitive to meeting deadlines
Have a taste for challenge
Be resilient and sociable
Be passionate new technologies
Have a good level of use of the MS Office Suite, the Google suite would be an asset
Have at least an intermediate level in English
Demonstrate integrity, team spirit and customer orientation
