Key responsibilities include :

 

• Manage bank accounts for the business and ensure compliance with BC policies
• Establish and Maintain strong communication links with the bank and ensure that transactions are executed
• Ensure that all bank signatures are updated accordingly.
• Establishes weekly bank reconciliations and ensures all suspense are cleared
• Establishes cash flow forecast for the Business and follow up its execution
• Ensure the foreign vendor tracker is updated for both goods & services vendor
• Lead the intercompany reporting process and ensure BCC procedure is adhered to.
• Ensure the proper reconciliation of tax accounts
• Ensure proper documentation of VAT credit transaction
• Ensure that monthly declarations of taxes are performed.
• Account for all cash and tax transactions in the books of the Local Statutory GAAP – OHADA

 

 

 

 

About You: 

 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in Business English
• SAP-knowledge
• Knowledge of Cameroon Tax system
• Experience in a multinational Company, preferably in B2B/Food Industries
• Participation in process transition is an advantage 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives regarding bank & tax processes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationship with a wide range of stakeholders
• Very good teamwork skills
