JOB OBJECTIVES
- Review applications from future tutors to determine suitability
- Schedule and conduct interviews with tutors in person or online via video
- Identify guardians, verify their guarantors/references and facilitate background checks
- Manage all correspondence with tutors by phone, email and in person
- Find and integrate more tutors through other country networks
- Developed and led innovative projects to significantly improve the tutor experience
- Analyzed tutor data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities
- Onboard and train tutors and provide them with support, helping them to understand our processes
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
