JOB OBJECTIVES

•  Review applications from future tutors to determine suitability
•  Schedule and conduct interviews with tutors in person or online via video
•  Identify guardians, verify their guarantors/references and facilitate background checks
•  Manage all correspondence with tutors by phone, email and in person
•  Find and integrate more tutors through other country networks
•  Developed and led innovative projects to significantly improve the tutor experience
•  Analyzed tutor data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities
•  Onboard and train tutors and provide them with support, helping them to understand our processes
