Renowned for our exceptional customer experience, we are looking for 02 Teacher Recruitment Manager profiles who will embody the values of our company.

MAIN MISSION : Pass recruitment interviews with

teachers.

ACADEMIC LEVEL : Min BAC + 3 (Scientific Series)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Min 06 months in a similar position

POSITION OBJECTIVES

Review applications from prospective tutors to determine suitability
Schedule and conduct interviews with tutors in person or online via video
Identify guardians, verify their guarantors/references and facilitate background checks
Manage all correspondence with tutors via telephone, email and in person
Find and onboard more tutors across other country networks
Develop and lead innovative projects to significantly improve the tutor experience
Analyze tutor data to identify trends, challenges and opportunities
Onboard and train tutors and provide support, helping them understand our processes

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

– Good command of French and English (Bilingual).

– Spirit of synthesis and analysis.

– Have interpersonal skills and conversational skills.

– Ability to work under pressure.
