JOB TITLE Assistant Technical Coordinator
LOCATION: Mountain University BANGANGTE-BANEKANE
HIERACHICAL SUPERIOR: Technical Coordinator
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed-term contract
MAIN MISSION: Facilitate the handling of the platform by tutors and students (consultation of courses, access to activities, deposit of files, use of discussion forums, and other features of the platform;
Help to choose the right communication tools for a smooth running of the courses;
– Propose solutions to the difficulties encountered by learners, tutors and responsible teachers in the use of the tools available on the platform –
Provide media support;
-Create accounts and assign profiles to learners, tutors and teachers involved in the training;
-Delete the accounts of all participants suspended or no longer involved in the training process;
-Execute all the other missions that will be entrusted to him by the hierarchy.
ACADEMIC LEVEL: Hold a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any equivalent diploma.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Know-how
– Good ability to maintain computer tools;
– Good ability to design communication tools.
Social skills
– Have a good sense of organization and rigor in the work; – Have a sense of teamwork.
