Job Profile:

Reporting to the Group’s Reinsurance Captive, the Technical Manager is responsible for implementing the Group’s underwriting policy and ensuring the organization and supervision of the Group Technical Department.

Your missions:

Technical assistance

• Ensure the organization and supervision of the Group Technical Department,
• Define, decline and monitor the application of the internal underwriting policy in agreement with General Management
• Draft and harmonize underwriting procedures, technical notes and contractual documents in accordance with the Group’s underwriting policy
• Development of the Group underwriting guide Participate in building the capacities of the various Technical Departments by organizing and facilitating intra- and non-group training/seminars
• Production monitoring and verification
• Plan and carry out technical audits of subsidiaries
• Set up powers of quotation, underwriting and claims management Management and monitoring of policies Large accounts

portfolio monitoring

• Proficiency in technical profitability analysis

Training & experience:

• Qualifications: BAC + 4 Minimum in Insurance
• Professional experience: Have at least 5 years of experience in a technical manager position
