Technician Analog PABX telephone switchboard and IPBX switchboard

As an analog PABX switchboard and IPBX switchboard technician, your main role will be to ensure the proper functioning of analog and IP voice communication systems within hotels. You will be responsible for the configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and software associated with IP telephony. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and implement new features.

MAIN MISSIONS:

Fixed telephony management (cabling, telephony fleet management, PABX configuration, internal line monitoring and troubleshooting,)
mikrotik router management in hotels
Network cable pulling indoors and outdoors with the possibility of creating paths .

Expected knowledge:
Hardware architecture of a telephony system (analogue, digital and IP).
Low current wiring.
Wired networks: copper and fiber optics, categories

Operational skills:
Mastery of cable routing techniques
Mastery of the connections of the various elements of a network Wire
a telephone or computer socket
Apply safety rules and follow procedures
