Recruitment notice: TECHNICO-COMMERCIAL.
On behalf of a client (distributor of high-end electrical equipment) we are recruiting a TECHNICO-COMMERCIAL.
Reporting to the Service Coordinator, your mission is to develop and maintain a client portfolio in order to increase the company’s turnover. In this context, your mission revolves around the following activities:
Commercial prospecting
Discovering the customer and identifying their expectations and needs.
In the field, ensure the promotion of the entire range of products to existing individual or large account customers, whether they are prescribers, investors or users with a view to developing sales.
Negotiate with customers, in agreement with the line manager, prices, deadlines and quantities.
Sign sales contracts and have them signed
Develop your presence with end customers, design offices, architects, etc. through regular visits and mailings.
Follow-up and business development of customers
Consolidate the existing customer portfolio by offering new products and meeting the various prospects likely to trigger new orders.
Animate and retain your network of customers (prescribers, distributors / traders, installers / installers).
Ensure compliance with the terms of the sales contract and ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to any commercial request from customers or prospects.
Ensure regular visits or mailings to maintain contact with acquired customers.
Ensure compliance with commercial conditions (prices, conditions, etc.).
Ensure reporting to the sales manager of sales results, contacts and all useful information collected in the field
Profile sought
Higher education (ideally bac +2 in electrical or electronic engineering), you justify at least a first significant commercial experience ideally acquired in the distribution of electrical equipment.
You define yourself as someone who has:
Skills in sales techniques: making appointments, identifying needs and resistance, signing contracts.
Relational qualities allowing you to maintain and develop partnership relations;
A good marketing and service culture to communicate easily with various interlocutors;
Good listening skills and availability to better understand the expectations and needs of the client
A mastery of IT tools, in particular software packages dedicated to reporting
Ability to resist stress to withstand pressure and work to enhance their remuneration, by part dependent on your trading results.
A good knowledge of the city of Douala and its development plan.
You are dynamic and passionate about sales. Hardworking and concerned about customer satisfaction
