Position: Tests & Quality Engineer – F/M

Department: Development

Availability: February 2022

Location: Douala / Cameroon

Contract: full-time permanent contract

Salary: To be defined according to profile

Works :

Getting started with our projects and applications

Review of all the functionalities and the UI graphic charter

Review and definition of all user profiles

Review and analysis of UX and customer journeys

Development of the strategy, methodologies and acceptance procedures

Preparation of test books for each feature and each UX journey

Definition and specification of test scenarios, test cases, and non-regression tests

Execution of functional tests and navigation tests

Execution of non-regression tests and load tests

Execution of UI tests according to the graphic charter

Analysis and diagnosis of test results

Writing complete and commented test reports (Success, Improvement, Failure, Bug, Anomaly, …)

Accompaniment of Developers in the analysis of failures

Support of Developers in the correction of bugs and anomalies

Validation and certification of successes and improvements

Validation of the Quality of deliveries and production launches

Formalization of complete acceptance procedures and drafting of user guides

Daily support of application users

Daily monitoring of application availability, operation and performance

Profile and Qualifications required:

Bac+5 minimum in Computer Science.

At least 3 years of experience as a Test & Quality Engineer or a similar position.

Technical knowledge: Scripting, Front-end, Back-end, Databases, JIRA, API, POSTMAN, Testing tools, …

Excellent linguistic quality in French and English (Oral/Written).

Rigor, Anticipation, Adaptation, Autonomy, Methodology, Organization, Communication, Team spirit.
