Under the direction of the Toll Supervisor, the toll collectors will have the following missions:

1. Operation

Collect tolls using various means of payment including cash, QR code and NFC card in accordance with procedures.

Properly classify vehicles

· Make his surrender at the end of the shift

· Deal with incidents in the lane, such as payment defaults, equipment malfunctions, etc., in accordance with procedures.

· Provide customer support and answer questions

2. Control

· Help customers complete the motorist complaints or suggestions document

3. Reporting

Report all incidents on his job file

Minimum education level middle school

Previous experience in collecting money and managing a cash desk appreciated
