We are looking for Toll Station Managers for toll services in Cameroon. Join us !

Under the direction of the Toll Director, the Toll Station Managers will have the following missions:

1. Management

Supervise and manage toll staff

· Submit improvements to methods, procedures, working conditions, etc.

Prepare work schedules for station staff

2. Operation

Maintain an adequate level of service and secure traffic management in the toll station

Manage and monitor fundraising and transfer process

Guarantee the good supply of money to the station

Manage relations with different authorities: emergency, police…

Ensure proper coordination of scheduled maintenance activities in conjunction with operational activities

Manage the stock of station supplies, materials and equipment

3. Control

Monitor toll system performance

Complete toll performance indicators

Evaluate the performance of staff working under his authority

4. Reporting

Establish the various reports of the station

Level of higher education ideally economics, commerce…

· Ease in the use of computer tools and excellent command of common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Previous experience in controlling cash collection and managing a cash register

· Previous experience in managing a team

· Sense of organization and responsibility
