We are looking for Toll Supervisors for toll services in Cameroon. Join us !

Under the direction of the Station Manager, the Toll Supervisors will have the following missions:

1. Management

Supervise and manage toll operators

Manage additional staff as necessary to deal with operational needs such as sickness, traffic and adjust workforce planning

Manage station working capital, currency supply

Participate in the transfer of funds from the station

2. Operation

Maintain an adequate level of service and secure traffic management in the toll station

Manage the opening / closing of toll lanes, and staff breaks

· Manage toll cash funds and supervise money transfer activities on the station.

Dealing with requests, complaints or suggestions from motorists

Manage equipment and supplies and ensure their availability in the toll lanes

3. Control

Watch the toll operations using the video system

Verification of compliance with operating procedures, such as all money handling operations

4. Reporting

· Establish daily reports

Check that the job files are properly completed

Minimum education level Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Ease in the use of computer tools and mastery of common office software (MS Word, Excel)

Previous experience in collecting money and managing a cash desk appreciated

Previous experience in managing a team preferred

· Sense of organization and responsibility
