PROFILE
 Training: TRANSIT, IMPORT/EXPORT, CUSTOMS
 Level of training: BACC + 3
 Personal Qualities: good written and oral expression, methodical, rigorous, dedicated, disciplined and punctual; be honest, Ambitious responsible for work, serious and stable, having the principle of work; the awareness of keeping secrets and working under pressure. Have analytical, judgment, planning and communication skills, Strong communication and execution skills
 Mastery of basic and general notions of transit, and import / export / customs clearance processes  
 Professional experience: 0 – 3 years
 Young woman between 23 and 35 years old
 Office and field environment
 Being bilingual is an asset

MISSIONS / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

-Assist in the management of the customs clearance process
-Assist in the logistics organization and the shipment of TCs (containers) from the terminals
-Assist in the management of the monitoring of the TC dashboard
-Launch and manage follow-up of guarantees with shipping lines
-Assign files in SAP
-Follow the evolution of customs operations in relation to the freight forwarder
-Follow-up of regularizations of import files (drop off & Empty Return) through the collection of ‘EIR
– Follow-up of the regularization of import files
– Weekly reporting
– Archive the final physical import files
– Assist the team in the exercise of their function
