Recruitment notice: TRANSIT AGENT Sector of activity: Food industry

BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for one of its subsidiaries based in Douala, one (01) TRANSIT AGENT.

The TRANSIT AGENT ‘s main missions are the accomplishment of all the tasks of:

–          Customs clearance before removal of the goods at the Port; air freight (import);

–          Export and shipment of goods (for export).

 

 

 

Basic activities

• Consolidate the documents to be established (Application for phyto; BESC and its authentication; etc…);
• Ensure the follow-up and execution of export / shipment operations;
• Organize the removal of goods in Douala (Port; airport and transfer);
• Perform external tasks (mail deposit, obtaining ADB; all tasks at the one-stop shop, all tasks at PAD, CENADI, in the sector, etc.);
• Ensure the validity of proxies;

 

 

 

PROFILE

–           Academic level: Baccalaureate with training as a customs declarant;

–           Professional experience: 03 years in an Import / Export team (minimum);

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

–          Mastery of port procedures and operations;

–          Mastery of customs texts;

–          A good knowledge of Export, Import and logistics and transport activities;

–          Knowledge of the MS Office environment;

–          Good command of CAMCIS and EFORCE.
