General mission:
1. Conduct studies (needs analysis) and draft contracts;
2. Manage the life of the contract (except claims): Drafting of endorsements and various regularizations of the policy, ensuring compliance with deadlines (answers to be given to the client, to the client team, administrative management, etc.);
3. Inform, communicate (insurers, customers, customer team, line manager) and keep informed.

The role:

As part of mission 1:
– Collect the client’s needs, analyze them and propose the appropriate solutions;
– Seek and obtain the best conditions from the market;
– Analyze and submit the solutions obtained to the Sales Department on time;
– Confirm participation with insurers and coverage for policyholders;
– Draft the policy / contract inserts and ensure their regularization;
– Issue premiums and receipts;
– Contribute to the collection of issued premiums;
– Enter in the management tools (Marsys – Turbo, etc.) all production operations in real time.
As part of mission 2:

– Draft the amendments inherent in the day-to-day management of the contract;
– Produce the documents necessary for the proper functioning of the contract and/or requested by the customer;
– Analyze and periodically update the conditions of the contract in line with changes (price, guarantees, capital, legislation, etc.)
– Carry out all operations relating to the renewal of contracts
– Keep technical files up to date on a case-by-case basis;
– Draw up insurance certificates at the client’s request;
– Ask customers when necessary for variable adjustment items;
– Proceed with the regularization of premiums on capital insured and/or turnover.
As part of mission 3:
– Assist the account manager in drafting policy summaries;
– Inform the insurers of any significant development in the customer’s organization and activity;
– Ensure the correct filing and maintenance of production files in the dedicated archives;
– Share with the teams (production, claims and commercial) any information with the claims technicians;
– Keep informed of market developments (organization, products);
– Contribute to the flow of information within the department;
– Inform the line manager of any change in the client, difficulty with the market.
The requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an insurance company or insurance brokerage
• BAC + 3 – Diploma of Insurance Technician / Logistics and Transport
• Have a very good knowledge of the technique of Insurance, Insurance contract law and procedural law
• Sense of organization, good interpersonal skills and respect for commitments
• Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Proficiency in French and English
