The Role:

1. Daily cash management

• Monitoring of bank accounts on online banking platforms
• Verification of bank transactions (receipts received or disbursements made) and communication to members of the Finance team
• Update of the cash monitoring file
• Presentation to the Chief Accountant and the CFO of the cash situation and bank positions all in the mornings
• Cash control: joint signature with the cashier of the Minutes of the cash control every day

2. Bank

reconciliations • Centralization of bank reconciliations;
• Development and monitoring of the dashboard centralizing all bank suspense
• Proposal of ways to clear bank suspense to the hierarchy

 

 

 

3. Manage relations with banks

• Meetings with interlocutors on cash flow issues
• Regular reminders on bank suspense (payments made and received in suspense, bank remittances not credited)
• Negotiation of better banking conditions applicable to WTW
• Dashboard of banking conditions of the various banks in a business relationship with WTW
• Checking signatures

4. Establishing the budget and cash forecasts

• Analysis of commission collection forecasts and other income
• Analysis of disbursement forecasts
• Drafting of the cash budget
• Updates and permanent adjustments

5. Monthly cash reporting (GBAR)
• Summary of bank positions on online accounts
• Summary of bank account balances
• Summary of DATs
• Transmission to the group in accordance with deadlines

6. Optimization of costs and financial products

• Control of premiums and bank charges invoiced by the bank
• Monitoring of Term Deposits (DAT) and interest on DAT
• Accounting

7. Validation of local transfers

• Ensuring that the beneficiaries’ bank details (health and damage risk providers) appear on the “Master List” of bank details
• Validating the transfers on time
• Permanent update of the “Master List” of bank details

8. Transfers abroad

• Ensure that the contracts are registered
• Ensure each time that all the documentation required for the validation of the transfer abroad is met
• Carry out the transfers within the deadlines

The requirements
– Minimum of three (03) years of experience in the field of treasury
– Mastery of Sage 1000 and Microsoft Office tools
– Sense of organization and respect for commitments
– Master’s degree in finance and accounting or equivalent diploma
– Fluency in English is an asset
