EMPLOYMENT – ECOBANK CAMEROUN SA Yaoundé

RECRUITMENT: INTERNAL / EXTERNAL

ECOBANK CAMEROUN SA is recruiting for the needs of its services, ONE (01) Corporate Client Care who can practice throughout the national territory.

This position is based in Yaoundé. Job level: 4 Job grade: 3C

 




 

I. OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

 Manage large corporate customers and provide solutions to their problems, so as to ensure a good quality of service and increase revenues.
 Provide after-sales service for digital liquidity and transaction management solutions.
 Be the interface between the client and the internal teams in order to ensure an efficient quality service.

 

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Client management:
 Deal with customer requests, inquiries and complaints related to the delivery and use of electronic banking, cash management, commerce, supply chain management and customer lending services in a cost effective manner and efficient.
 Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer complaints in accordance with deadlines.
 Achieving the key indicators of customer satisfaction defined by the Director of the Corporate Bank Group.
 Develop tools for monitoring and tracking key satisfaction indicators, sales activities and revenue per customer.
 Etc…

After-Sales Service:
 Work with the TSG team in the implementation of cash management and e-commerce solutions, as well as the development of training materials and operating procedures, etc…  Ensure that all
business transactions are processed quickly and accurately, in accordance with the signed contract.
 Ensure that monthly subscription fees are debited from clients’ accounts in accordance with the signed contract.
 Etc.

IV. JOB PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
 Minimum Bac /Advanced Level + 3 in Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics or any other related discipline.
 Certification or Professional Training in Customer Management or other field would be an advantage
 Mastery of banking operations, bank products and services, bank procedures
 Monitoring of portfolios and sale of currencies
 Mastery of computer tools
 Be perfectly bilingual (French / English)
 Age: between 22 and 35 years old
 Have at least 2 years of experience in the bank
Abilities, Personal qualities  Sense of organization
 Moral probity and Rigor
 Good communication and work in team
 Good analytical mind
 Sense of initiative (Strength of proposal)
 Ability to work under pressure and independently
 Very good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power point package)
 Results oriented
