RECRUITMENT: INTERNAL & EXTERNAL – ECOBANK CAMEROUN SA: ONE (01) Service Officer, Infrastructure Desktop and Network Support
ECOBANK CAMEROUN SA is recruiting for the needs of its services, ONE (01) Service Officer, Infrastructure Desktop and Network Support who can practice throughout the national territory. This position is based in Douala. Job level: 3 Job grade: 2A
I. JOB OBJECTIVES
Under the supervision of the Head Infrastructure, he is responsible for the deployment, development and administration of the bank’s PCs and printers.
He monitors the bank’s computer rooms and compliance with standards.
It monitors the network infrastructure and its availability.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
NETWORK ADMINISTRATION
– Ensure that existing sites comply with the Group’s LAN/WAN standards.
– Supervise/Monitor the LAN/WAN network using appropriate tools: Ensure that all links (Primary and Backup) are UP.
– Ensure the treatment of any incident or anomaly detected (diagnosis and resolution) by piloting the interventions.
SECURITY AND INTERNET
– Implement and maintain security policies on PCs, Servers and routers.
– Control the use and access to IT tools in accordance with standards.
NETWORK AND PC TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT FOR AGENCIES
– Manage the assistance service, Helpdesk and user support.
– Ensure that all workstations in the agencies are functional and efficient.
– Ensure that all branch printers are working.
– Ensure regular maintenance of the computer park.
– Ensure the creation of user profiles in the internal directory.
MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER STATEMENTS AND NOTICES
– Ensure that customer statements are printed.
– Ensure the processing of all statement reprints.
ATM SUPERVISION
– Monitor/Supervise ATMs.
– Report to the custodians or the technical team any anomaly for necessary to do.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUPS AND UPS MAIN AGENCY
– Ensure monthly maintenance of installations. Keep all maintenance records.
– Ensure that any anomaly is corrected.
RELATIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES
– In relation with suppliers, ensure a permanent technological watch on products and technologies.
– Management of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Third Parties.
III. JOB PROFILE
Experience • Solid professional experience of at least 2 years in support of Office / Microsoft 365 (Teams, Intune, MDATP).
• Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in the administration of medium-sized networks with centralized architecture (multinational).
• Good command of OSI, TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN, PPPoE.
• Mastery of Windows server and Windows Enterprise products.
Education
• BAC+3 or more in computer science.
• Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Fortigate …) are an asset The practice must be at least two years.
Personal qualities • Ability to work in a team and under pressure, dedicated, humble, oriented towards results and customer satisfaction, creative and proactive, sense of organization.
• Ability to manage people.
