RECRUITMENT: INTERNAL & EXTERNAL – ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A.: ONE (01) Service Officer, Infrastructure Desktop and Network Support

ECOBANK CAMEROUN S.A. is recruiting for the needs of its services, ONE (01) Service Officer, Infrastructure Desktop and Network Support who can practice throughout the national territory. This position is based in Douala. Job level: 3                 Job grade: 2A

 




 

I. OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

    Under the supervision of the Head Infrastructure, he is responsible for the deployment, evolution and administration of the bank’s PCs and printers.
    He monitors the bank’s computer rooms and compliance with standards.
    It monitors the network infrastructure and its availability.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

NETWORK ADMINISTRATION

– Ensure that existing sites comply with the Group’s LAN/WAN standards.
– Supervise/Monitor the LAN/WAN network using the appropriate tools: Ensure that all connections (Primary and Backup) are UP.
–    Ensure the handling of any incident or anomaly detected (diagnosis and resolution) by managing interventions.

SECURITY AND INTERNET

– Implement and maintain security policies on PCs, Servers and routers.
–    Control the use of and access to IT tools in accordance with standards.

NETWORK AND PC TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO AGENCIES

–    Manage the assistance service, Helpdesk and user support.
–    Ensure that all workstations in the agencies are functional and efficient.
–    Ensure that all printers in the branch are working.
–    Ensure regular maintenance of the IT equipment.
–    Ensure the creation of user profiles in the internal directory.

 

MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER STATEMENTS AND NOTICES

– Ensure that customer statements are printed.Experience     •    Solid professional experience of at least 2 years in Office / Microsoft 365 support (Teams, Intune, MDATP).III. JOB PROFILE –    Management of Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Third Parties. – In relation with suppliers, ensure permanent technological monitoring of products and technologies.RELATIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES–    Ensure that any anomaly is corrected.-    Ensure monthly maintenance of installations. Keep all maintenance records.MAINTENANCE OF GROUPS AND UPS MAIN AGENCY–    Report to the custodians or the technical team any anomaly as necessary.-    Monitor/Supervise ATMs. ATM SUPERVISION
–    Ensure the processing of any reprints of statements.

•    Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in administration of medium-sized networks with centralized (multinational) architecture.
•    Good command of OSI, TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN, PPPoE.
•    Mastery of Windows server and Windows Enterprise products.
Education
    •    BAC+3 or more in computer science.
•    Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Fortigate, etc.) are a asset Practice must be at least two years.
Personal qualities •    Ability to work in a team and under pressure, dedicated, humble, oriented towards results and customer satisfaction, creative and proactive, organizational skills.
•    Ability to manage people.
