I – MAIN MISSION
Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Utilities Maintenance Engineer’s mission is to organize the maintenance of the Site’s utilities.
II – WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Ensure the maintenance of all the site’s utilities: steam production, chilled water, cold water, industrial refrigeration, industrial gas, compressed air, air conditioning, CTA, generators;
Build and execute the maintenance plan for your sector by promoting prevention and improvement;
Define the different types of appropriate maintenance with a view to controlling the sustainability of the performance of the installations (energy yields, capacities, reliability, maintenance cost);
Propose potential improvements to facilities as part of investment or operating programs;
Manage power and steam generation projects, industrial gases, fuel systems, water preparation and treatment, AHUs, boilers and heat exchangers;
Organize and coordinate safety tests of technical installations and regulatory controls of utilities;
Lead the team of utility technicians by ensuring the development of their skills.
III – What will be your contribution?
Skills: Energy engineering diploma, Hot and Cold Engineer.
Experience: Minimum (07) years of experience in utility management in the pharmaceutical or agri-food sector.
Specific requirements :
Skills in chemical engineering, climate engineering, energy, thermal engineering, combustion and fluid mechanics;
Skills in the field of the environment and renewable energies;
Knowledge of building technology and industrial equipment;
Dynamism and strength of proposal;
Autonomous, rigorous, result-oriented, dynamic and proactive.
