We are looking for a VAN TEAM COORDINATOR (VTC) (M/F)

 TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI

 MANAGEMENT: OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

 HIERACHICAL SUPERIOR: SALES DEVELOPPER MANAGER / REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

 ACTIVITY SECTOR: BREWERY

 PLACE OF WORK: DOUALA / YAOUNDE

 OFFER DATE: 07 August 2023

REQUIRED SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

• Academic level Baccalaureate + 3, preferably in marketing and sales

• Professional experience: 03 years of minimum experience in a similar position

EXPERTISE

 Experience in FMCG marketing, preferably experience with a brewing industry

 Strategic vision

 Good understanding of large assemblies (MACRO-PESTEL-SWOT etc)

 Bilingual French / English is an advantage.

 Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.

 Mastery of sales team management.

 Technique for establishing travel plans.

 Able to understand and interpret key financial reports

 Basic coaching skills

 Computer skills (Microsoft).

 Mastery of the Office 2016 Pack (Excel, Word, etc.), and messaging tools (Outlook / Zimbra).

 Knowledge of SAP would be an asset

KNOW-HOW

 Is a force of proposal and initiative

 Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the objectives set

 Rigour, sense of organization and work autonomy

 Sense of priorities and organization

 Ability to adapt to changes, to deal with emergency situations

 Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure
