POSITION: VAN TEAM COORDINATOR (VTC) (M/F)

MISSIONS
– Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan for the area.
– Achieve volume targets. market share. coverage and distribution rates as agreed in our market strategy.
– Ensure the recruitment and development of the necessary resources.
– Management and Development of sales teams
– Build a solid relationship with market partners –
– Optimize distribution costs in its area of ​​expertise

 

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS: QUALIFICATIONS:
– Academic level: Baccalaureate + 5 (preferably MBA) in Marketing, Sales or Management
– Professional experience: 05 years of minimum experience with reference in a commercial or marketing executive position (Managing teams and / or distribution partners is an asset) KNOW HOW TO BE: – Is a force of proposal and
initiative
• Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the objectives set
– Rigor, sense of organization and work autonomy
– Sense of priorities and organization – Ability to adapt to change, to deal with emergency situations
– Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure

 

 

 

KNOW HOW
– Experience in the marketing of consumer products, preferably experience with a brewing industry – Strategic vision
– Good understanding of large groups (MACRO• PESTEL•SWOT etc) – Bilingual French / English is an advantage.
– Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
– Mastery of the management of sales teams.
– Technique for establishing travel plans.
– Able to understand and interpret the main financial reports
– Basic coaching skills
Mastery of computer tools (Microsoft)
– Mastery of SAP would be an asset
