POSITION: WORKSHOP MANAGER (M/F)

 

 

 

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
MISSIONS:
Formulation and execution of preventive maintenance work on vehicles that are in line with the company’s overall business strategy. Manage the day-to-day activities of the vehicle maintenance workflow, including scheduling spare parts, scheduling and supervising work, and managing productivity to ensure the shop meets its goals.
Develops, implements and reviews short-term tactical interventions based on any changes in the business operating environment,  SKILLS

 

 

 

REQUIRED
TO KNOW:

with specialization in automotive / Equivalent
Professional experience-: At least 10 years in the fields and 5
in the same position of workshop manager
Relevant training / management program
A degree in administration will be an added advantage
Ability to communicate in French and English

 

 

SKILLS:
Computer proficiency
Defensive driving experience
Ability to impart knowledge and highly articulate
Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis modules (5WHY)
Knowledge of gear train systems of various vehicle models
Proficiency in green strip driving techniques
Traceable driver training history Good knowledge of SAP
KNOW-HOW:
Rigor and organization
Ability to adapt
Good interpersonal skills
Rigor and organization
Great endurance and able to work under pressure
