POSITION: WORSKHOP MANAGER (M/F)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
ASSIGNMENTS:
Formulation and execution of Vehicle preventive maintenance work which are in line With the overall SCTL business strategy.
Manage the day to day Vehicle maintenance workflow activities including, spares planning, work-planning and supervision and productivity management in order for the workshop to meet its Objectives.
Develops, implements and reviews short term tactical interventions in line with any changes in business operating environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS;
Academic qualification: Higher Technician’s Certificate in mechanical engineering with specialization in automotive/Equivalent
Professional Experience-: At least 10 years in the fields and 5 must be in the same position as a workshop Manager
Relevant Management Training/ Program
Administrative Degree will be an Added advantage
 

EXPERTISE:
Mastery of computers
Very proficient with Excel
Knowledge of Fleet Maintenance History filing
Ability to Set SMART Goals for workshop team
Conversant with Root Cause Analysis modules (5WHY)
Ability to generate trends on challenges and proffer solutions
Knowledgeable of SAP Plant maintenance
Proven Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance
Self starter with ability to work under pressure
Good with the SAP SOFTWARE
