Brief presentation of the SNI “Young Professionals” program (PIP)

The “ Young Professionals ” program is the best way to recruit executives at SNI. It remains faithful to the recruitment policy that has always prevailed, favoring youth and academic and professional excellence.
It is aimed at young graduates, fresh from local and foreign Grandes Ecoles and universities, who wish to pursue an ambitious career at the SNI and take up the challenges inherent in the major economic, industrial and financial issues in Cameroon.

This program is broken down as follows:

General objectives:

• Rebuild the “Human Resources” component of the SNI,
• Ensure its performance and guarantee its sustainability.

Specific objectives:

• Identify highly qualified young people with professional qualities corresponding to the standards of the SNI
• Give young professionals the opportunity to put their skills into practice in one of the fundamental professions of the SNI.
• Recruit young professionals who have demonstrated their skills and efficiency, as well as their ability to adapt to the local and international private equity environment.

Duration of the ” Young Professionals ” contract : 2 years maximum
Maximum age of candidates: 30 years old on the closing date for admissibility of files on April 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
Nationality of candidates: Cameroonian Level of studies of candidates: BAC + 5 at least

Specialized training in Business Management, option:

• Marketing and trade.
• Business Analyst (Studies and evaluation of industrial projects)

Languages : French and English. The current practice of one and the other of these two languages
​​being an asset. 

Treatment :

• Lump-sum remuneration equivalent to the salary of a junior executive of the SNI,
• Health and civil liability insurance, 
• Training/Coaching.

Selection methods:

Work program:

• Execution of specific projects, intervention
• Participation in various technical missions in the companies of the portfolio.
• Participation in training modules of a technical or managerial nature
