Recruitment of 04 Telemarketers at IFPATI
We are looking for 04 qualified and motivated telemarketers to join our team in order to boost the extension of the Institute’s activities through the popularization of the new training technique for project leaders on a global scale.
We are looking for candidates immediately available for a full-time contract.
Base salary: 80,000 FCFA + Commission on sales.
As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, answering their questions and guiding them through the buying process.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

Excellent sales and customer service skills
-
Strong communication and problem solving skills
-
Computer skills and French language skills
-
Relevant sales and customer service experience
As a member of our team, internal training is done, for better familiarization with the products and services offered, as well as sales and customer service techniques.
