VIANA’S HOME is a guest home located in the serene and picturesque area of ​​Nkoabang-Nkobassi, just a short 5-minute drive from the bustling Carrefour Nkoabang commercial hub. It offers a luxurious and tranquil retreat for all visitors. Our guest home has many amenities, such as a swimming pool, rooftop, restaurants, banquet hall, and more, which are designed to cater to a diverse range of needs, providing a haven of comfort and convenience for short and long stays alike.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
• Have a pleasant and very well-groomed look
• Have good interpersonal skills and a good ability to communicate with all types of clients
• Be discreet and organized regarding customers
• Ability to adapt to the diversity of its customers and the frequency of work
• Be able to work under pressure and in a team
• Be able to adopt a behavior and a presentation consistent with the image of the company
• Bilingualism is an asset.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcomes customers when they arrive.
• Introduces customers to the menu.
• Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.
• Takes customers’ orders for food and drinks by writing them on a ticket.

• Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation.
• Prepares drinks and serves them to customers.
• Collects food orders from the Gril Heaven, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers.
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary.
• Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables.

• Prepares checks and delivers them to customers.
• Processes cash, Momo and orange Money payments and returns change to customers if necessary.
