RECRUITMENT OF A BOILERWORK AND PIPING PREPARATOR

Position offered: PREPARATOR BOILERWORK PIPING /H

Description: We are looking for a company operating in the fields of INDUSTRY and OIL&GAS located in Bonabéri/Bonassama for a Boilerwork and Piping Preparer /H;

From technical files of definitions, procedures and specifications, you will be responsible for preparing the manufacturing file of elements intended for the connections of industrial equipment for the circulation of fluids generally under pressure; and to ensure the planning, the follow-up in the workshop of the production and the technical support for the teams and the customer.

Duties:

– Carry out a contract review of a construction project for piped, welded sheet metal assemblies and define the means;

– Prepare the manufacture of a part or a set of boilerwork or piping;

– Detail each operation and define the work instructions from the production operating sequence;

– Ensure the follow-up in the workshop of the production and the controls of the elements carried out;

– Develop the digital model of a 3D product;

– Make an overall drawing with its nomenclature;

– Produce definition drawings with their dimensions;

– Compiling an industrial study file;

– Exploit and analyze the technical documentation;

– Dialogue and communicate with all study stakeholders.

Profile sought for the position:

– BTS/HND/DUT, Bac+2 minimum

– Proven work experience of at least 5 years

– Aged no more than 40 years old,

– Mastery of software (Autodesk Autocad 2D, 3D, Advanced Steel, SolidWorks, Rdm6)

– Sense of responsibility

– Good oral communication, writing skills

– Autonomous and rigorous

– Being bilingual would be an asset.
