RECRUITMENT OF A SALES MANAGER

The Cooperative Company CAFCOOP Ltd based in Yaoundé located in the Efoulan district, operating in the importation, distribution and marketing of agricultural inputs is recruiting a sales manager for the Western region.

ELEGIBILITY CONDITIONS

• Man or woman aged at least 25,
• Residing in the city of Bafoussam,
• Be bilingual (French and English)
• Hold a diploma in marketing or sales,
• Have 5 years of experience in a similar position  
• Have a good knowledge of the Western Region (departments and districts),
• Be able to work in rural areas,
• Have a good command of IT tools, word, excel, etc.,
• Have a category B driving license,
• Training in agriculture is an asset.

 

 

POSITION MISSION

• Ensure the operation of the Cafcoop Ltd regional agency in the Western Region,
• Build, develop and retain the company’s customer portfolio,
• Increase the company’s turnover,
• Ensure the recruitment, training and supervision of commercial extension agents,
• Develop strategies to improve knowledge and consumption of the company’s products
• Ensure stock monitoring and accounting management of the regional agency
• Ensure the transmission of information collected in the field…
