Recruitment of a Social Media/Community Manager
About the role –
We are looking to hire an experienced Social Media/Community Manager to join our team. As Social Media/Community Manager, you are responsible for the social media presence of the Digital Marketing Excellence Academy.

You must be able
– To act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications,
– To create and implement plans to increase digital marketing excellence academy market share, brand equity, brand awareness
– Maintain a positive image for digital marketing excellence academy.
– Conduct training programs, workshops or give lectures on digital marketing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1.; create engaging and interactive content, respond to interactions.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and drive brand awareness.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
- Lead engagement and interactions within learning support communities.
- Analyze the effectiveness of our engagement and social media campaigns, to identify the next round of activity.
- Support or co-create initiatives to foster discussion and knowledge sharing for the learning support community.
- Manage live chats and online comments.
- Manage all community groups like facebook, telegram, whatsapp etc.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Job qualifications and requirements
- Higher education diploma Bac+2 or Bac+3, all sectors combined and or Training certificate in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Community Management
- 1-3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, graphic and video design.
- Be a people person with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to develop “WOW” communication and marketing strategies.
Be prepared to support the development and empowerment of women in the digital space and beyond.
- Proven professional experience as a community manager
