About the role –

We are looking to hire an experienced Social Media/Community Manager to join our team. As Social Media/Community Manager, you are responsible for the social media presence of the Digital Marketing Excellence Academy.

You must be able

–          To act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications,

–          To create and implement plans to increase digital marketing excellence academy market share, brand equity, brand awareness

–          Maintain a positive image for digital marketing excellence academy.

–          Conduct training programs, workshops or give lectures on digital marketing.

 

 




 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.; create engaging and interactive content, respond to interactions.

  1. Organize and participate in events to build community and drive brand awareness.
  2. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
  3. Lead engagement and interactions within learning support communities.
  4. Analyze the effectiveness of our engagement and social media campaigns, to identify the next round of activity.
  5. Support or co-create initiatives to foster discussion and knowledge sharing for the learning support community.
  6. Manage live chats and online comments.
  7. Manage all community groups like facebook, telegram, whatsapp etc.
  8. Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  9. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  10. Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

 

 

 

 

Job qualifications and requirements

  • Higher education diploma Bac+2 or Bac+3, all sectors combined and or Training certificate in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Community Management
  • 1-3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, graphic and video design.
  • Be a people person with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to develop “WOW” communication and marketing strategies.

Be         prepared to support the development and empowerment of women in the digital space and beyond.

  • Proven professional experience as a community manager
