PaperGate Company Ltd is a stationery and office equipment supply retail and wholesale store, and we are in need of the following personnel:

Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. You will be expected to run accounting software programs (e.g., Personalized) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts.

Requirements and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Key Skills:

• Financial reporting and spreadsheet management
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Data entry, word processing

Requirements:

• Proven accounting experience
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software (SAGE & QuickBooks)
