JOB BRIEF

As a Salesperson, you will interact with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that meet their requirements. Your role involves building relationships with customers, driving sales, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• At least G.C.E O/L
• Proven retail sales or customer service experience

Key Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and customer service passion
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Basic math skills and POS system proficiency
• Team player with positive attitude and adaptability

Preferred Qualities:

• Knowledge of retail products, brands, and industry trends
• Professionalism, integrity, and reliability in customer interactions and sales transactions.
