SEO Community Manager

Main mission:

As an SEO Community Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s digital community management and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy. The goal is to improve visibility, strengthen engagement, and promote brand awareness. You will manage communities, protect the company’s online reputation, and strengthen its digital presence.

Other missions:

Animate and moderate the various digital communities (social networks, specialized platforms, forums).
Develop and manage a strategic and coherent editorial calendar.
Create engaging and SEO-optimized content (texts, visuals, videos in collaboration with the graphic designer and management).
Ensure digital and competitive monitoring to identify new opportunities.
Manage digital advertising campaigns (social ads, Google Ads).
Analyze content and campaign performance (KPIs, traffic, conversion rates) and produce regular reports.
Collaborate with the communications, design and marketing departments.
Propose a monthly editorial calendar aligned with the overall strategy.
Manage the web community, promote and manage the brand on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Profile sought:

Bac+2 in Digital Marketing, Communication, International Marketing, Multimedia or other related field.
Excellent communication skills: able to write, convince and interact effectively.
Proficiency in Community Management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page optimization, netlinking).
Knowledge of digital marketing, with an advantage in international and luxury marketing.
Creativity, rigor, initiative and results orientation.

Graphic Designer

Main mission:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating images, logos, typography, and other graphic elements to convey messages to a target audience. You will combine art, technology, and strategy to design effective visual solutions for both print and digital media.

Other missions:

Design graphic materials (print and digital) consistent with the company’s visual identity.
Develop and update the company’s graphic charter.
Produce visuals for digital campaigns, social media, websites and print media.
Collaborate with the marketing, communications and community management teams to ensure consistency between content and design.
Design branding elements (logos, brochures, presentations, infographics, etc.).
Create simple montages (photos/videos) in collaboration with videographers and photographers.
Ensure creative monitoring of graphic trends and new tools.
Guarantee the quality, speed and relevance of graphic productions.

Profile sought:

Bac+2 in Graphic Arts, Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing or other related field.
Excellent visual communication skills and aesthetic sense.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Creativity, originality and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Professional Videographer

Main mission:

As a professional videographer, you will be responsible for the design, production, and editing of all types of videos, from concept to broadcast, mastering shooting, sound, and post-production techniques. You will work on a variety of projects (advertising, events, web).

Other missions:

Design and edit video content (institutional, advertising, promotional, events).
Film and document internal and external company events.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers and community managers.
Integrate graphic elements, animations and special effects into productions.
Optimize videos for different streaming media.
Manage the archiving and updating of the video library.
Monitor audiovisual trends and innovations.

Profile sought:

Bac+1 in Audiovisual, Multimedia, Communication, Digital Marketing or other related field.
Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in video editing and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong skills in framing, lighting and sound recording.
Knowledge of motion design and animation, an asset.

Bachelor’s degree in photography or specialization in this field.
