NOTICE OF CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF TWO (02) MONITORING EVALUATION ASSISTANTS FOR THE CHASAC PROJECT AT ACMS.
Essential Duties:
1. Responsible for all monitoring and evaluation related activities at assigned sites, working closely with Data Clerks/ACRRs, ART Clinic Service Manager and other facility-level staff;
2. Oversee service documentation, data collection and reporting activities at assigned sites;
3. Monitor site-wide data quality, track progress of activities and contribute to staff capacity building initiatives as needed,
4. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly data analyses and present site achievements and gaps in programmatic data throughout the clinical cascade (screening, reconciliation, treatment, retention and viral suppression)5. Ensure the site has recent versions of all program documentation tools;6. Ensure that the supported site holds data review and validation meetings, coordination meetings, quality improvement meetings, and other site-specific meetings to review site data and results, and to identify and address program gaps,7. Support and supervise data clerks to accurately and legitimately capture program services from various source documents into electronic databases (DAMA),8. Supervise and support data clerks in producing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for all program indicators across clinical cascades;9. Ensure that ACRRs/data clerks generate and submit quality reports to the GTR on a monthly basis;1 0. Conduct monthly quality assessment activities at the supported site to identify and resolve data quality issues;1 1. Participate in regular quarterly DQA exercises organized by the program;1 2. Understand the development and use of interactive dashboards;1 3. Analyze data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and share it with the clinical team and other stakeholders at the site level,14. Ensure the implementation and functionality of the DQA team and committee in the supported site,1 5. Act as an expert in the identification and implementation of quality improvement projects at the supporting site;1 6. Support the team’s efforts in achieving program objectives,17.
18. Maintain confidentiality of patient and program information at the supported site.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Hold at least a Sc. degree in Public Health, Science, or any other related field.
Knowledge of HIV care, treatment, and management is an advantage. Possesses the ability to navigate between 2 or more sites and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Proficient in analyzing, presenting, and utilizing data. Experience in data systems like DAMA is an asset. Able to multitask and meet deadlines. Fluent in French and English. Understanding of the Fulani language will be an added advantage. What would interest us? Strong leadership and management skills .
