6. Description of the opportunity: The selected candidates will have the main tasks,

 

 




 

Assignment :

The main tasks of the selected candidates will be:

– Greet visitors with courtesy and announce their arrival to the relevant services.

– Handle incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system and direct them to the appropriate staff member while answering general questions as appropriate.

– Provide administrative support to management staff as needed, such as data entry, preparation of correspondence and record keeping.

 

 

 

– Keep the lobby clean and organized so guests feel comfortable and welcomed.

– Provide basic and accurate information in person, by telephone or by email.

– Receive, sort and distribute mail and daily deliveries.

Interested candidates MUST meet the following criteria,

SKILLS :

– Skills in using office devices such as computers, printers, telephones;

– Mastery of office software;

– Excellent organizational and coordination skills;

– Bilingual: good command of English and French – speaking, writing and reading (bilingual French speaker or bilingual English speaker)

– Training and experience as an office secretary

– Community management training

– Cordial, discreet and professional attitude;

– Excellent standing and beautiful presentation

– Predisposition to personal relationships

– Punctuality, precision and reliability

– Flexibility and dynamism
