Regional Marketing Coordinator needed

The Société le Grand Moulin du Cameroun is recruiting Regional Marketing Coordinator

DESCRIPTION

•  Coordinate the strategic and operational marketing of products concerned by cereal activities
•  Design the brand strategy in the short and medium term by partnering with the teams in the subsidiary and at headquarters
•  Develop, implement and monitor the marketing strategy of cereal activities in support of his/her Hierarchy and in collaboration with headquarters.
•  Monitor and evaluate the strategies deployed; Identify key marketing performance indicators; Supervise the reporting and follow-up of marketing and communication activities

PROFILE

•  Higher education marketing and / or commercial (Bac + 5 or Engineer).
• Have at least 8 years of experience in marketing in essential product markets in Africa;
• Commercial experience in these markets would be a plus.
•  Spirit of synthesis, sense of autonomy and organization.
•  Leadership and management of transversal projects
•  Curiosity and taste for innovation.
•  Geographical mobility.
