Remuneration Officer is needed

The Société Le Grand Moulin du Cameroun (SGMC) created in 1991 is a company manufacturing and marketing soft wheat flour from milling in Cameroon and for neighboring countries.

It combines its operational know-how with internal and external skills, by selecting choice raw materials and technological innovation, to always offer its customers suitable products in strict compliance with local and international quality requirements, personal safety, food safety and environmental management.

 

 

 

For the needs of its services, the SGMC is recruiting a Remuneration Officer .

Placed under the responsibility of the Human Resources Director, his activities will include :

Payroll management and monitoring of staff accounts

• Payroll preparation and control
• Payroll software update
• Monitoring of loan accounts, current accounts, monitoring of bank commitments
• Calculation of annual CNPS and IRPP regularizations

 

 

Updating and monitoring dashboards

• Monitoring of the operating budgets of the Human Resources Department
• Updating dashboards relating to salary management and monitoring (Updating payroll tables).

Theoretical and practical knowledge:

• Theoretical (training): Human Resources Management/CSR, labor law, sociology, psychology, social sciences from a Business School (preferably with an HR specialization).
• Practices (know-how/being): Good knowledge of budgetary, financial and economic management, good knowledge of regulatory and contractual management.
• Keen listening skills, rigorous and methodical mind, taste for numbers and ability to speak and write.

Level of study and years of experience: This job/profession is accessible with a Bac+5 level diploma (Master, Engineer). Experience of 05 to 08 years in a similar position.
