Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from the Humanitarian Assistance Office (BHA) for the implementation of a humanitarian assistance operation entitled “Multisectoral Emergency Response to Conflict-Affected Populations in South- West Cameroon”. Part of this operation concerns the provision of consultancy services for the Final Evaluation of the above-mentioned project.

Accordingly, DRC hereby requests you to submit your proposal on the basis of this Application and the Terms of Reference ( ToR) set out in Annex F. Your proposal must be written in English.
