Real estate company, we are looking for a Manager who will be in charge of the management of our residences. He / She will have to ensure the proper functioning of the establishments in all aspects of their operation.
location: Douala
Your daily activities will be as follows:
ASSIGNMENTS
1. Marketing & Sales
- Develop, implement and monitor sales and marketing actions,
- Monitor the collection of unpaid bills,
- Negotiate long-term commercial contracts with “corporate” and international clients,
- Ensure that the occupancy rate of the residences is always at the maximum,
- Provide competitive intelligence.
2. Resource management
- Ensure compliance with the code of conduct within the residences,
- Work closely with the social media manager,
- Ensure that the residences have all the necessary resources in terms of staff and furnishings. Failing this, make a statement of needs,
- Ensure compliance and complete furnishing of all accommodation,
- Make advertisements.
PROFILE
Qualifications required
- Justify a minimum training of a BACC + 3 in Marketing
- Justify a professional experience of at least 03 years in commercial techniques. Having experience in hosting would be a big asset,
- Good oral and written expression,
- To be bilingual.

- Be creative, organized and force of proposals,
- Be endowed with good interpersonal skills and a great capacity for adaptation;
