Made up of a group of Cameroonian shareholders, Africa Global Logistics, CMA CGM and CHEC, the Kribi Conteneurs Terminal consortium is the concessionaire of the container terminal of the deep-water port of Kribi.
KCT offers the Cameroonian logistics chain a modern infrastructure, adapted to the new generation of transoceanic vessels, including 350-meter quays that can accommodate vessels with a capacity of up to 11,000 TEUs. The infrastructure and equipment comply with the highest international standards.

A true gateway to Cameroon and its hinterland countries, such as Chad and the Central African Republic, this new terminal is expected to facilitate the growth of regional trade and accelerate the country’s economic growth. Mission Description

• Ensure preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of the machines on the TAC;
• Treat light preventive maintenance of the vehicles/machines planned by the team leader;
• Treat heavy preventive maintenance of the vehicles/machines planned by the team leader;
• Ensure the repair of the vehicles/machines planned by the team leader (diagnosis, list of parts, removal of parts, reassembly, tests, etc.);
• Prepare the worksheets;

• Ensure the cleanliness, order and tidiness of the workshop;
• Participate in the departmental technical on-call duty;
• Participate occasionally in operations not related to his/her section;
• Carry out troubleshooting and repairs on site;
• Communicate in a way that guarantees the proper flow of information with his/her hierarchy;
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions on the TAC.

Profile

• Initial training and qualifications: BAC option in automotive electricity or electromechanics or any other equivalent qualification;
• Professional experience: Cumulative experience of 2 years, including 1 in a similar position, particularly in the electrical maintenance of machines or heavy goods vehicles;
• Be able to read and write French fluently,
• Required skills: Ability to communicate effectively – Great listening, autonomy and adaptation skills – Open-mindedness and ability to make suggestions – Enthusiasm and dynamism – rigor and organization – work under pressure – sense of reporting – autonomy and punctuality – sense of customer service;
• Have in-depth knowledge of automotive electricity, electrical maintenance of machines;
• Have an excellent foundation in automotive electronics;
• Be able to make a diagnosis;

• Heavy and light mechanics;
• Be able to make a diagnosis;
• Use all tools, materials, equipment and accessories dedicated to the repair of equipment;
• Draw up an order for parts.
