You are comfortable with digital tools and can communicate effectively in French and English.Experience in sales, customer service or the gaming industry would be a real asset.Responsibilities:● Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels (online forums,social media, in person, etc.).● Educate potential customers on our wide range of games and betting options.● Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions and resolve issues.● Guide customers through registration, deposit and their first gaming experience.

● Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat play.● Track and report sales performance to meet targets.● Partner with the management team to develop effective sales strategies.Qualifications:● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong sales skills and a passion for achieving goals.● Fluent in English and French (additional languages ​​are a plus).● Knowledge of the online gaming industry and online gaming platforms.● Self-motivated, results-oriented and with a positive attitude.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional assets:● Previous experience in sales, customer service or the online gaming industry.● A network of contacts in the gaming community.● Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
