AKIBA NETWORKS is an innovative platform dedicated to the educational community, offering various services such as the purchase of computers in cash or on credit, student housing solutions, an eLearning platform, as well as an integrated payment system via Akiba Pay. We are looking for a Sales and Finance Manager to lead the platform’s commercial growth strategy while ensuring the management and financial analysis of the activities.

Job Title : Sales and Finance Manager (M/F)

As Sales and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing AKIBA NETWORKS’ sales and strategic partnerships while ensuring rigorous and proactive financial management.

Main missions
Business Development

• Develop and implement the platform’s business strategy to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify and approach new strategic partners (academic establishments, companies, equipment suppliers).
• Design attractive offers adapted to the needs of the educational community.
• Monitor business performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop prospecting plans and customer loyalty strategies (students and institutions).

Financial Management

• Design and update financial tables, including:
• Cash flow plan
• Forecast operating account
• Forecast budget
• Financing plan
• Monitor financial flows and ensure regular reporting to general management.
• Track credit schedules and payments via Akiba Pay.
• Analyze the profitability of different offers and propose recommendations for improvement.
•  Participate in the development of business plans and possible fundraising.

Profile Required
We are looking for a dynamic, rigorous and results-oriented candidate, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Education: Bac+5 in commerce, finance, management or related disciplines (MBA would be an asset).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and financial management, ideally in the tech, education or financial services sector.

Technical skills :

• • Excellent command of financial tools (Excel, financial management software, ERP).
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C sales techniques.
  • Good understanding of financing and credit mechanisms.
  • Ability to develop detailed business plans and accurate financial forecasts.
  • Personal qualities:
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Autonomy and ability to take strategic initiatives.
  • Analytical mind and ability to make suggestions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and oral).
