Commercial Assistant Intern: Commercial management – Sales – Stocks – Logistics

COMPANY PRESENTATION

EXPRESS FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS (XFL) SARL is a company under Cameroonian law whose main activity is the provision of logistics solutions and associated services. The activity will expand in 2022 with the distribution of lubricants.

POSITION DUTIES

As part of the strengthening and development of the lubricant activity, we are looking for a Sales Assistant Intern to take up a position at the beginning of October 2023.

The missions are as follows:

Prepare commercial offers and prepare quotes
Process customer orders and ensure on-time deliveries
Track stock and supply
Assist in commercial operations: prospecting, customer follow-up, reminders and communication
Create and manage your own customer portfolio
Participate in promotional operations
Monitor compliance with customer contractual commitments: quality, cost, deadline, payment
Assist with recovery and litigation actions

The Sales Assistant intern will report directly to the Lubricants Sales Manager and the Lubricants Director.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

BAC+3 training (minimum) in Commercial Action, Marketing-Commerce-Sales (MCV).
Good interpersonal skills, sense of communication, team spirit, dynamic, organized.
Computer skills: Excel, Word, Internet, messaging. Knowledge of the ODOO software package (would be a plus).
