The Société des céréales du Cameroun, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production and marketing of cereal-based flour, is looking for a SALES MANAGER as part of its expansion.
Missions:
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Sales Manager ensures the application of the company’s commercial policy, identifies distribution networks and implements appropriate strategies to increase turnover, supports supervisors in the field and monitors results, ensures various reporting related to its activities, makes commercial proposals.

Main Activities:
- Translate strategic objectives into operational sales objectives in the work area; Develop the company’s commercial action plan;
- Ensure sales development;
- Analyze market trends and developments and implement appropriate actions
Qualifications:
Required diploma: Bac+4/5 in Commerce and sales
Experience required: 05 years minimum Languages: French and English
