Sales Manager needed

Coordinate and animate the activities of the sales team; Be attentive to market developments and competitive offers in order to constantly adapt the company’s offers.

The tasks will consist of:

• Define the weekly action plan in line with the commercial strategy;
• Set objectives and priorities;
• Supervise the staff;
• Participate in weekly meetings of general coordination activities;
• Write the daily reports of the sales team.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Bac +3 minimum in commercial action, marketing or any other related training
• Minimum (03) years of experience in the implementation and execution of a business strategy;
• Good knowledge in the sale of services would be an asset;
• Mastery of the computer tool (Office Pack)
• Be social with good interpersonal skills;
• Have a great sense of communication;
• Know how to lead a team and have leadership;
• Have a spirit of initiative;
• Be a force of proposal;
• Be able to adapt to the ethics and values of the company.
