This position in Cameroon is for you.
YOUR MISSION
- Your main mission is to facilitate the sale of spare parts and tyres.
- You may also be required to contribute to the development and animation of a specific network for multi-brand operations such as NEXUS, Point S, …
- You are also responsible for the management of supplies as well as the supervision and management of the spare parts store teams.
1. Management of the spare parts, aftermarket and tyre activities
- In conjunction with the parts and services manager of the Cameroonian subsidiary, you participate in the creation and consolidation of the central reporting of the parts, aftermarket and tires activity based on the major KPIs of activity.
- You contribute to the development of an annual marketing plan and you monitor the successful implementation of this plan on a monthly basis.
- You produce the reports and follow the commercial policy of our partners and automotive brands to achieve the results defined in the remuneration scheme.
- You develop the budget and monitor the activity.
- You recruit, animate and challenge your sales team on the achievement of results. You identify the commercial actions to be implemented taking into account the specificities of the market. You manage the regular presentations of commercial action plans.

2. The development of the aftermarket and tyre
business 2.1 The IAM spare parts axis
- You take charge of the watch on the calls for tenders of key accounts and institutions. You consolidate the responses to calls for tenders on the parts and services activity by relying on the local and central teams of Tractafric Motors.
- You participate in the development and implementation of the annual trade policy.
- You build the special offers. You initiate requests with partner automotive brands in relation with our central teams and you negotiate their participation while optimizing that of the subsidiary in Cameroon.
- You study our pricing positions and you propose areas for improving our margins.
2.2 The after-sales axis
- You propose actions to diversify activities and set up commercial operations to meet additional business opportunities.
- You prepare and implement the deployment of Aftermarket activities such as the assembly of maintenance and repair centers for all brands. You follow in project mode the development of partnerships already in place.
- You participate in the development of the group’s multi-brand network strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
- Your training includes a commercial specialization.
- You have proven experience in the animation of a business unit dedicated to spare parts in relation with automotive manufacturers or suppliers.
- You are familiar with the Spare Parts business.
- You have experience in setting up sales and marketing operations.
- You are able to work in English.
- You master computer tools (Microsoft Office pack).
- Experience in an international environment is desirable as well as the ability to lead a multicultural team.
