Air Liquide is looking for the needs of its services 01Sales & Marketing Manager
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales & Marketing Manager will ensure that:
- Implement the commercial policy validated by the director and which is consistent with the marketing orientations of the RAC.
- Implement and coordinate ambitious commercial action plans to ensure revenue growth, defense and market share development.
- Ensures the profitability of activities in the different market segments.
- Ensure the control of the activity, organize and animate the commercial network, measure and strengthen the performance of the sales force.
- Guarantee Customer Satisfaction and develop loyalty actions.
- Manages the relationship and participates or conducts negotiations for key accounts.
- Ensure the responsibility of the customer overdraft, in coordination with the credit manager the actions necessary for the effective recovery of customer receivables
PROFILE
Level of training:
- Bac + 3 to 5 or in the field of sales / Marketing
- Master the French language
- English would be an asset
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager
- Experience in team management
- Experience in sales
- Experience in the industrial sector or within a multinational would be an asset
